I can make excuses about the stupidity of signing this. I whole-heartedly admit that it was *** to sign it.

American Honda Financial Svcs. just took my car for missing two payments.

Friday early morning the tow recovery truck was in front of my drive way. No one told me this would happen. They had my numbers and all my current info.

I had contacted them to let them know I would make a payment every 15 from now on and catch up the payments when I get my tax refund. The person just said "the 15 is too long for me"

I am very sad and upset.

I have had so many problems with Carbone...not Honda, I bought a Pntiac G6 from them and got scammed badly...then when I took the car in to be serviced my GPS and cellphone were stolen out of the glove box of my car. I have never been treated so badly by a car dealership!!! I agree with Roland.

Carbone Honda of Utica sold me an '09 Fit w/aftermarket cruise. 10 months later, it has not been installed despite repeated calls, nor have they refunded my money, even after assuring me that they would.

AND the battery is too small to start the car when it gets cold. They tell me there is nothing malfunctioning with the battery. Of course not - they sold me too small of a battery to do the job (it is about the size of a motorcycle battery).

Any fool could tell that just by looking at it.

Buy your Hondas elsewhere, just not at Carbone. It's a decent car and just needs a decent dealer.

I just had the exact problem as Art. I took my 2005 Accord in to get radio PCB replaced, and now can not load CDs in the 6 disk in-dash CD player.

The dealership insisted that the CD issue had nothing to do with the repair, but I am not buying it. I'm researching internet to see if this is common.

While I was away for a furneral out of state I was behind a payment. So I called authorized Honda to take two payments out of my account.

I had Honda financial on two way with my bank and myself the bank cleared the transaction with them I got the confirmation put everything away. I came back to no car and to find out that Honda tried to take two more payments the following morning. So now I have to fight to get my car back and pay the overdraft fee from my bank. When I called Honda about what went on they tried to deny that they tried to take a second unauthorized payment (2 of the regular monthly).

So I faxed them a copy of the letters from the bank and the bank statement the lady was nasty and said "Well we're about to close you just got to call tomorrow and speak to recovery." She just hung up no bye, good evening, nothing. But I
