Waiting over a year for backpay won in an appeal
- - During the pandemic I became unemployed and faced months of UC delays.
- - I won backpay on appeal, but UC overpaid and still hasn't paid the months won.
During the pandemic I had no fault of mine became unemployed. I filed for pa uc however due to the overwhelming response to the shutdown I waited months without hearing from uc regarding my application.
Months later after so many sleepless nights wondering how to feed my special needs non verbal daughter I finally received information to reapply. After doing so I appealed the months I waited after my first Application I won my appal and was granted backpay, uc accidentally paid me for the incorrect months therefore triggering a no fault over payment which they began decucting the money from my Wkly payments I appealed that as well but received a phone call that they did figure out the issue and although they were deducting the overpayment for thru my weekky payments there would still be an additional payment made to cover the months ivwon through the appeal process and they had to withdraw the appeal after finding and promising to correcting the issue. Well that never happened over a year later a million calls and emails they still have yet to pay me for the months I won through the appeal process. All those months that I had no income due to their negligence instill accumulated bills and late fees.
I have been in a constant struggle since then. This is illegal and unacceptable.
Preferred solution: I want the issue payment for months won
User's recommendation: Get a lawyer when dealing with pa uc

Florida unemployment
- - Filed online over 5 weeks ago with no check or eligibility.
- - Long phone waits; the system hangs up.
- - Emails bounce; no reliable contact method.
I wish to file a complaint on the state of Florida’s unemployment office. I have filed online over 5 weeks ago and I still have not received a check or even a confirmation that I am eligible. Many hours on the phone, wait time is over 2 hours or the system just hangs up on you. Emails bounce back does not exist.
This is ridiculous and time wasting. There is no way to contact them.
I am spending this day making complaints instead of wasting my time trying to get them. Any and all help would be appreciated.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
