After my insurance company recommended I have my car towed here for repair, against my better judgment I let them do it. He verbally accepted it and the task to fix it.
The next day I call to find out the details of the repair. He immediately begins to G..D..this and G...D... that about how he can’t get it started. So I go over to help him start my car because obviously the goon didn’t know how to deal with a push start car with a key fob.
When I got there, his wife and son comes out of the house ranting and getting mouthy with me for the way I pulled in their driveway!??? The driveway was way ahead of their house from the direction I was coming so I had to hit my brakes pretty hard to avoid missing it. That’s it! So I get to my car and Charlie starts in on his G..D...
car and how he can’t start it. His language and behavior towards me was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Just as I feared, he turned out to be a big goon who knows nothing and also feels he has the right to mistreat a customer who has done nothing wrong. He and his family thought it was acceptable to try and kick me off their property while my car is still there.
I had to call ANOTHER tow truck to come get the vehicle he couldn’t fix. So when I told him I’m not leaving without my car because I have to be here to tell the tow driver which car to take and I’m not leaving til my car is safely in his possession. Charlie then tells me he’s going to get his gun and shoot me and starts to walk towards his house to get his gun. His wife thought it was justified to call the police on ME!?
He threatens me with a gun and she calls the police. I had to then call the police myself because of his threat. The police stayed for my safety til the tow truck left with my car. Not only should this guy not be allowed to have a business, he should he prosecuted for his threats and psychotic ranting.
PLEASE! For your own safety, your own good, peace of mind and health, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!
