They shipped me dead frogs
- - Paid over $100 for 2 frogs overnighted and one arrived dead.

I paid over $100 for 2 frogs to be overnighted to me. When the frogs arrived, one was dead.
They guaranteed live arrival, and when I contacted them, I told them that the frog was dead and I provided them with the pictures and everything they asked for. They have done nothing about it. They have not replaced the frog. They haven't emailed me back.
I find this to be most disturbing, and I would like to warn anybody who might do business with them to think twice because you probably won't get what you paid for, and if you do, it'll arrive dead, and they won't do anything about it.
So they're basically just scamming people. Go to another breeder; do not deal with these guys.

I got my baby snapping turtle from you a week ago. For the first 3 days she ate.
Now its been 3 days that she hasnt eaten. Maybe you can share some thoughts?
Water temp is 80*. Her tub is outside so shes getting sun.
Ive offered her the following: Mazuri gel, turtle pellets, fresh shrimp, dried shrimp, fish flakes, strawberry, kale, tomato.

Great animals, bought some from them in the past. However, it's impossible to specify then age group of your animal in the notes on your orders.
Contacted customer support both via email and morph market, no response. Very disappointed.
Was excited to order more jumping spiders from them but can not get a hold of anybody to specify a sub adult order instead of an adult. Will be buying elsewhere, as 6 different breeders have already responded to me since I last emailed them a week ago.
Preferred solution: Just wanted someone to reach out to me in regards to ordering a sud adult Regal Jumping spider. But can not specify the age range in ordering notes.
