Bought a mk3 supercharger kit as a novice. "Easy to install" said the instructions.

Lost a fuel float in process. My truck was down for 2 weeks, with a barely there correspondence via email that was less than helpful.Once my truck was together i was offered a plug adapter to simplify another hurdle in wiring install and was given a bill after the fact and my hardware was in there hands.

0 out of 10. Terrible company.

I would just like to buy parts from urd. I would like to discuss exhaust and header options since I'm going to be taking the manifolds off anyway.

i orderd a part for mu truck about a month ago and still havent received it, woul like to speak to one of u guys to see whats the problem,couse i do try calling the phone number that shows but no one responds and i leave voice messages but i havent received a call back , 484)638--**** that my phone number can u please call me

Tried to order an exhaust system for months but was never able to. Customer service slow and not good at all.

Eventually I was able to pay by card the money was transferred back and I was asked to do a bank wire transfer.

And after all it seemed that the 1 of the 2 products I was waiting for was not in stock anymore. I could tell more about the many mails that were not replied or answered wrong but I'll leave it at this.

Gadget has helped me with everything that I needed help with.

Purchased this along with AEM 340LPH pump for approx. $235.00.

install of pump itself and instructions were ok and easy to understand. But then my problems began, starting with the included 8" rubber fuel line (Actually 7 1/2") which was max limit of too short and was kinked/bending beyond my liking. I ordered my own corregated "oem style" from another company for $20. and chalked it up as me being to picky.

Then when installing the Napa gold brand filter, I discovered the cheesy way they had wanted the included new fuel line (rubber again) to loop around and ziptie up to ?. New Inline filter is to push and click into oem fuel line. It did, but when pulled upon, it came apart. This is a cheap *** designed kit.

I basically paid double price for a pump and set of worthless instructions and a $10 Napa filter. Build your own kit ,,DO NOT BUY THIS.

after purchasing a complete exhaust system for my 5th generation 4runner. i found out you cant put hearders or the y pipe on one because the o2 sensor will keep flashing check engine and traction control off.

trying to talk to someone at urd is impossible. they dont return calls emails are short coming. cant return headers or y pipe so im out about 900 bucks.

stay away from these guys they dont know what they are selling. and they have no business being in business.

I've had some issues with the stage 1 clutch kit I purchased from this company. I've called tech support and this *** clowns gadget answers the phone.

He's rude from the beginning of the conversation!

It's too bad this company seems to have great product, but the customer service and tech help is absurd!! If you have any issues with product from URD, good luck, you're going to need it, because you won't get any kind of quality help from these a-holes!!!!!!

I called and placed a order for headers, Y pipe, and electronics. After install my engine light came on.

I called and was told that their electronics don't always work. After countless phone calls and emails I found out that newer tundras won't accept their electronics and I had to install factory or aftermarket cats. I had to cut apart the Y pipe, weld in new cats, and make extensions for the 02 sensors. Urd would not help me, pay for anything, or offer advise.

They told me they know how the tundras electronics work! Yeah right.

This company is horrible to deal with. If you install their headers prepare to lose 4-5 mpg because of electronic problems.

Appalling customer service and took over 48 hours to be contacted back. Not to mention rude techs

They took way too long time to ship the products that I ordered online and did not respond to phone calls asking for the status of the shipment which was frustrating. Poor customer service response time. Very limited follow-up from a guy who was supposed to be their expert on the software system. Did not return calls on time when scheduled or promptly as needed and requested.

It appeared that one guy was *** everything for the company. Guy that was designated to trouble shoot on products was slow to respond and rude.

They don't return calls in a timely manner and when they do their advice is all over the place and lacks focus. The owner Gadget is not an expert and could not address my concerns in a professional or timely manner. The quality of their products is low.

The system that they advertise has to have many updates in order to get it right which exhausts a lot of extra time and money. This is something they do not advertise and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for their advertising claims which are inflated and their return policy is not clear.
