On April 9th 2023 I purchased an Original Japanese Cheesecake for $14.00 .
Only 30 minutes later upon arrival of my house I opened the product to consume.
I found the product was far away from what I used to bring home from Uncle Testsu.
To describe it I can only use my knowledge based on my previous purchases.
The cheesecake product after opening was flat (approximately 2 inches) and wrinkled .
I drove back to return the product at C-39 Orfus Rd

but I was refused to get my money back . (please access your CCTV for evidence around 2-2:30pm )
After talking to two Uncle Tetsu's employees I left the premises with a new product which has sufferers the exact same quality flaws .
Please respond to this incident as soon as you can (I have pictures/video of product and receipt upon request .

On 8/6/19 we bought $12 cheesecake at Uncle Tetsu store at 598 Bay St Toronto ON and was given $3 change out of $20 bill. I did not notice this “error” right away since I’m not familiar with Canadian coins, but returned back to the store 3 min later.
We were made to wait for the manager for 5 min. The manager did not show up, but called the girl who gave the wrong change to tell me that I should have counted my change right away and not come back a few minutes later. We were not reimbursed and left in disgust.
It was the only bad experience we had in the otherwise perfect visit to Toronto. Shame on you Uncle Tetso !
