Resolved: Fed Up! Company ghosted me
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Was told to keep product and they refunded my money due to the lack of customer service I receive. They’re not good with customer service at all.
I tried to cancel my order within seconds of ordering in error- they shipped it and won't respond to me need to return. They are completely ghosting me and unresponsive.
I have emailed many times and no response.

TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH, MISLEADING ADVERTISING

This "company" is a total SHAM and FRAUD. They MISREPRESENT the products they are selling, and it is impossible to reach them. THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND THE TEXT LINK WILL NEVER WORK EITHER !!!

The awesome torch lighter they advertised as using some kind of tesla coil technology was just a *** cheap butane lighter. THIS IS A SCAM !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Haven't received the item I purchased a month ago
- - No shipping receipt; emails promise shipping dates but provide no proof.
- - Calls unanswered; wants a refund.
Upon purchasing the "carbon fiber torch" they have been responding to my emails with different shipping dates but I haven't received shipping receipt. Atleast contacted them over 5 times through email and each time just told me they will ship it in a day or so...
never providing proof only excuses. Upon calling the customer service #, not once has someone answered the call.
Frustrated just want a refund. Not sure what steps to take now.

Lies and crap
- - Video showed Tesla coil lighter melting steel and lighting wood without gas.
- - Spent $78 on a lighter that isn’t electric or rechargeable.
Video showed Tesla coil lighter. Melting steel, lighting wood, and not having to run on gas looked awesome. Got sent a butane lighter that feels like dollar store quality. Not electric or rechargeable. Spent $78 on a lighter weaker than a Bic. I ordered the upgraded version. The original version was probably a book of matches. Didn't come with gas, obviously, so I can't even review the flame, but the quality is so *** I'm afraid it'll blow up in my hand.
Oh! But wait! The mystery prize is great. The tube holding God knows what made my day.
Found the same lighter priced at $17 on Amazon. But buying the cheap dollar lighters at a gas station would be better quality than this garbage!
Lesson learned.

Poor customer service
I sent 12 emails to customer service and never heard back. I called 4 times and stayed on hold for 20 minutes and never reached a person.
I am returning my items and will never use this company again.

Product isn't what I ordered. I tried to cancel the cheap lighter and it wouldn't let me unselect the upgrade they automatically upgrade for you. Thieves. Do not buy from here. It is not a plasma cutt

It is not a plasma cutter. They falsely advertise by using someone else's pictures of authentic products and ship a butane lighter.

Item did not ship
It's been 15 days item has not shipped, and I can't get any response. I bought these items for my son's birthday, and they still have not sent it. As a company do the right thing if you offer someone an item in a certain amount of time than do what you said no trustworthy people in the world any more it sucks.

I ordered their lighter that works with Tesla technology no butain and they send me these *** standard torch lighter that I all ready have they couldnt even exchange it out for the correct lighter they said 3 party error no *** its their falt they should send out the correct light and send a call tag to pick up these wrong lighters I souldnt have to pay shipping back on their mistake
