I can't access my account online

Umpqua Bank - I can't access my account online
I followed the directions from your computer generated form letter to a T, put in my company ID, then user ID just as it was printed, but it doesn't like the password that again, the computer gave me. error message, I then tried the "forgot my password" route got error message, another error message, tried to re-enroll.. more error message saying I don't have access. You'd think that I would be able to call and get help. but after a month of this account being open, I get the runaround

Beyond the WORST customer service I've ever experienced the whole dam bank format is not right how are they even in business!

A friend of mine opened up an account 4 days ago an has not been able to access all an I mean ALL!!! of his funds over $5000 an he had no food shelter transportation NOTHING!!! an they offer no way to get money until u receive ur debit card by mail in 7 to 10 days...
