Complaint for important amount charged

I have been charged of 1193,45 USD on February 25th, 2020 (during the night of 24th to 25th). I never bought or ordered to UMG Travel. My bank (in France) just told me than the payment with my credit card is authorized and cannot be refound. I would like UMG Travel to cancel the order placed by the hacker and give me back my money. Charges that were charged to my wifes card that were not authorized

I happened to be looking at my wifes capital one statement and noticed a charge for $14.95 from UMG EDGE And UMG Travel. I asked my wife and she knew nothing about the charges. I looked back on her statements and found the $14.95 charge for Edge started in May of 2011. The charge for UMG Travel started in January of 2012. My Wife never authorized these charges We called UMG and they Cancelled A subscription ( That was never authorized) and gave us a refund for Edge and Travel of $14.95 for each. This was before I found the previous charges. We then called Capital Ones and had a conference call with Capital One, UMB and ourselveswhere we requested full restitution going back to 2011. This case is still pending.

CHARGING CREDIT CARD WHEN NOT OK'ED BY CONSUMER.

I NOTICED ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SEVERAL CHARGES OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS BY UMG$AHD AND UMGTRAV.I HAD NO IDEA WHAT OR WHO THESES CHARGES WERE FOR.I NEVER GAVE PERMISSION FOR THESE CHARGES TO TAKE EFFECT OR PERMISSION TO JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION.I WAS CHARGED $14.95 EACH TIME AT LEAST 4-5 TIMES THAT I HAVE SEEN ON MY STATEMENTS.I PROBABLY NEED TO CHECK BACK ON PAST STATEMENTS ALSO.WHO GAVE YOU THE RIGHT TO DO THIS.WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD IT HAS TO BE OK'ED BY THE CONSUMER.I WAS NEVER TALKED TO OR ASK ABOUT THIS IN ANY MANNER.WE AS CONSUMERS NEED TO SUE THIS COMPANY AND MAKE THIS STOP.WE HAVE RIGHTS WHICH THIS COMPANY HAS TAKEN AWAY FROM US.FBI/GOVERNMENT INVESTIGATE THIS IMMEDIATELY!

STOP STEALING FROM PEOPLES ACCOUNTS

I would like to know who the *** you people are and what are you thinking for just taking $19.95 out of peoples accounts.How many times have you done this to my account and me not know about it.You people best stop getting into my account,also you need to give me back ALL my money plus the $175.00 in overdraft charges that you now caused my account to go in the negative.You do realize that this is called theft where I was brought up and raised.I just stopped typing this to do research on my bank account and you took $19.95 out of my account on 12-12-2011.I want ALL of my money back and you best NEVER take money out again you freaking THIEVES.

This company along with Experian are all thieves. They take money out of my account every month even though I have called and cancelled months ago.

Never received anything from them and if I did travel IT WOULDN'T BE THROUGH THEM ! SCAM /THIEVES.

UMG Travel & Ent. charged me too!!

After having 19.95 charged to my credit card monthly for the last couple of months, my husband asked me if it was something I had ordered. I had not even heard of UMG Travel & Entertainment. My credit card company said I had to try to cancel with the company first, before they could do anything. I called the number that appeared on my statement. (888) 744-****, I got thru and after having to listen to a sales pitch, that I had to interrupt twice, I was able to finally cancelled the service that I never ordered!!! They are supposed to credit me back for past charges. We will see!!!
