Resolved: Waited 20 minutes for water. Never asked for drinks.15 minutes later no one came for our order. Left and never going back.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Said they would use my bad experience to better their process of taking orders.
Place is unorganized with wait staff. Don't bother going.
Better service anywhere on Kona. Arrived 630 pm and have cell to text when ready.
That's the only thing that worked. A bot works well the labor doesn't.
