Reason for my call is I have been trying to get in touch with your company through several emails and have not gone a response. My situation is I accidentally double ordered because I thought the first one didn't go through so I pressed the order button again and it ordered it twice. Customer Service was not helpful they gave me the run around and no solution was offered. Taking $700 and not providing the goods is theft!
Purchase over $600 worth of product. It took over a week to 'ship.' Then I was told it was shipped and delivered.
The package was never delivered. I reached out to file a claim with the post office in which they stated the package was not found either.
I contacted customer support for help, and they told me they wouldn't replace the items or refund the money because I did not purchase the optional insurance. At the time of purchase, this was not a present option.
