Computer audio not available in the professional license number
I have purchased the professional version of the ultra-viewer. I am not able to access the audio option.
Please let me know how I can fix this issue. I need this done ASAP. I tried to download the 6.5 version, but it brings me back to 6.6 version.
I tried to go into the audio setting the audio option is grayed out.
I need this fixed right away I have client who is very angry and ready to cancel the work order. Need to DO NOW, if not please refund the money
