Warranty wasn’t helpful
I have submitted a response asking for a full refund, providing serial numbers and date of purchase from Amazon.
Frustrating. I spent over $500 for locks that will not work consistently.
Face of one lock keeps falling off. Error codes when trying to pair.
Factory reset wouldnt clear out issues. One door on Airbnb not even secure now!

Locked out
I purchased 2 locksone for the front door another for the back door. Batteries on front door were depleted and therefore could not open.
Went to back door. Keyed in my passcode, the light turned green but door wouldnt open. I then tried unlocking thru my App, still didnt work. Called U-etc customer support, no help.
Spent $225 for locksmith to drill thru my back door lock. Broke the lock and will have to replace.

I have installed Ultraloq lock ( All in one ) at my front door . Battery drains every two weeks .
Keep on complaining to their team but sales provider do not bother .
Keep on telling use Panasonic E Volta and then later take out battery . It may be overcharged but still all the same .
They want me to consider just bad luck . Now door frame has been modified to suit this lock lever and if I want to change then have to change the door frame .

Preferred solution: Replace with same lock set
