Ultracor canceled my order. I placed that order On 4/26/23 and since then I cant get a refund. Costumer service says theyre in the process of talking with the executives about my refund. I have all emails and texts regarding this! Please help!

I need my orders resolved that were placed on January and Feb. When I disputed I charged I was asked by company to reverse it. Guess what that was June and still not fixed. Waiting on skort STILL and shorts came in wrong size!!! I mentioneded to Jackie 2 weeks ago and no resolution as of yet. Just told she is "working " on my skort. Can't get through last 2 times I have tried - what a time waster! @#%$d
