If you are a dialysis patient with Fresenius Medical Care, you may be receiving calls from am UltraCare Case Manager. I urge you to refuse these calls. These Case Managers employed by Fresenius have one sole purpose and that is to ensure that you stay on your commercial insurance so that Fresenius will have as maximum profits as possible. You have every right to refuse the program and you should. Sometimes it's not in your best interest to maintain commercial insurance, but Fresenius will lie to you and tell you it is best because your commercial insurance is in the best interest of Fresenius. Refuse your UltraCare Case Manager calls and really question it if a Fresenius employee of any kind is hounding you about your commercial insurance.

Fresenius is the most powerful and incompetent of multi-billion dollar corporations. THEY ABUSE PATIENTS.
THEY TREAT VETERANS AND BLACKS AS THOUGH THEY ARE GARBAGE. I encourage anyone having any sort of problem with Fresenius or any other dialysis facility to go to your state senators and departments of health. Fresenius and their ilk monopolize the market. They truly bury their mistakes.
An ICU nursing supervisor at a major hospital in Alaska told us that Fresenius is a "waste basket" for employees unable to get jobs elsewhere.
They are inept; facilities are dirty; staff is abusive and incompetent. When on earth will this stop?
My husband is a dialysis patient at Fresenius and he gets them UltraCare calls from a nurse or case manager. Anyway they call like every week and even hound him during his treatments.
They never seem to care about anything egcept his insurnance. What we noticed was that we get a ton of telemarketer calls now since the UltraCare lady calls him. I believe these UltraCare people have sold his name, phone number and other info to telemarketers.
It's really been horrible with all the telephone harassment. How do I make Fresenius stop these calls?
