Ultra berry slim. Stealing Your Money

Like others I signed up for free trial in January 2015. One month's capsules arrived no more sent since and none expected. Horror to find a total of £364.50 removed from my account without my permission. Natwest will only stop further money being taken as Visa says it comes across this particular scam daily and will not refund or compensate I want everyone to make noises, harrass, visit, complain about Healthy Nutrition Ltd, 3rd Floor, 14 Hanover Square. London W1S 1HY The sole owner and Director is Armajit Singh Thaper. He is 72 years old and he lives in a luxury house at 656 Duff Drive, Winter Garden, Florida. 34787-****, USA. His neighbours live at Numbers 626, 632, 638,644 650 (next door), 706 (next door), 712, and at numbers adding six up to 742. Opposite him are 639, 645, 651, 657 and then 707 at six digit intervals up to 743. Wouldn't they all appreciate a kindly letter explaining that they have an active scammer living in their community stealing from people in the UK? Anyone who feels aggrieved should buy a few postage stamps and tell as many neighbours as possible. I will try to get him banned from holding directorships in the UK Ruth Rose

93.99 & 95.99 taken form my account!! plus P&P 2.99

I signed up for a free trail and do read terms and conditions, I can assure you these were not displayed on the website and no details sent with the goods! My bank has refunded one months fee to me as a good will but I cannot get through to the 0800 546 **** number, surprisingly they have technical issues! I will continue to call these robins hoods and try and get my cash back. My bank has stopped any further payments, I was very thankful for this. This company needs stopping and lets hope we can do this, under section 75 of the financial act 1974 I will try and get monies paid back to me. My advice is do not sign up for any free stuff and go to your local holland and barrat and ask the staff for some advice, basically eat less and move more

What a *** got the free trial and now they have taken £93 pounds out of my bank and can't get it back so upset as a single mum I really need this money!!

Guest

This has also happened to me today as I got paid my wages and they have taken £92 off me really has made me mad I signed up for a free trial also and read the terms and conditions which did NOT say anything about taking any more money than what they said I mean what exactly are we all paying for

Guest

I have just received a credit card statement to find the same thing has happened to me. Don't enter your details for this - it's not worth it!!!

ONLINE DIET TABLET COMPANY SCAMMING THE NATION OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered a free trial of slimming and detox tablets from the internet. They did not ask for credit/debit card details for payment, but I had to enter these details for postage and packaging. Some 4 weeks later two payments were taken from my account; one for £84.99 and one for £69.95. When confronted about this, which may I add took some hours as a contact number is almost impossible to find, they claimed that in the terms and conditions I had signed up to an on going contract to receive these tablets periodically throughout the year. The terms and conditions were NOT accepted by me before I entered my details for shippment. Now that I have re-visited the site, the terms and conditions are are right at the bottom of their homebage in tiny black font. Usually when shopping online, you are unable to move through to the payment section of your oder until the terms and conditions have been accepted. To my knowledge, there were NO terms and conditions, I had NOT signed up to anything, and had certainly NOT given permission for any payment of any description to be taken from my account. They are refusing to refund me in full, they claim tablets were delivered to my house when they were NOT, they never answer their phone. I am beyond angry and feel that something needs to be done about this company to enusre that this doesn't happen again!!

If you ever have to complete your credit card details for any "free" offers, always check the "Terms & Conditions". They do state on there that they will put you on for "automatic ordering", UNLESS you contact them to "Cancel".

This is quite common for many offers.

DO read the Terms & Conditions very carefully, before letting anyone have details of your debit/credit cards and IF you do....remember to CANCEL before the due dates mentioned in terms and conditions. Buyer beware at all times.

:? Its a tough old world out there.

Hi it's just happened to me also , does anyone know what can be done ?

Guest

The exact same thing as happened to me, and I am so annoyed as I never buy anything so rashly. Completely fleeced!

Thanks for the number. I'm also going to report it to Watch Dog.

Nutriberry Slim & Vita Cleanse - surely they cant get away with what they are doing?I have just discovered the same thing, £84.99 & £69.95 has been taken from my account without my agreement when I only agreed to the free trial (no further product has been received). Their website give no contact details but lucky for me their telephone number appeared on my bank statement (+44 020* *** *048) so called them and was told I have agreed and there was nothing I can do but they would cancel my contract - what contract!! My bank are now dealing with this but God only knows when I will get my £153.94 back (if I ever do) - I am absolutely livid and shaking with temper!

Same thinkg happened to me.I also am livid and annoyed with myself for falling for it! They make it impossible for you to cancel and made it look like a genuine free trial.

I got the free pills (they made me ill) and thought that was the end of it until I saw £93 taken from my bank. I have been advised by my bank to contack Visa disputes on Monday morning. May be able to block it and even recover the £93.

Before 2009 you didn't stand much chance with a debit card but that has apparently changed now. The number for Visa disputes is 0845366****

I also clicked on a Facebook advertisement and got scammed to enter into an Auto-Ship programme. It is far too expensive, please beware.

I did get through to them on 020 3281 ****. Just be strong, do not say you will continue you with the trial, say you are not interested in the results as even if you lost 2 stone over night the enrolment fees are too much.

Stay strong demand an RMA number, this is a returned merchandise number and send the product back. Ask for a conf :( irmation e-mail.

I have been caught out too, tried phoning and number wasn't recognised or you were put on hold for hours tried e-mailing its not a valid E- mail. What's more the money taken out of my bank is more than they said and the product I got aren't the ones I am paying for all in all £256 for 3 products came out my bank account.

Phoned trading standards and the put me in touch with Internet fraud and they are investigating it. I and hardly able to afford it I don't want other folk to get caught out.

Huge Scam Very Rude Company

I paid £4.95 postage for a FREE trial and a month later had to payments debited from my account £79.99 and £69.99 I phoned my bank who, after investigating, told me I would receive the money back but they would stop further payments from this company. I called the company and they were very very rude and basically told me tough luck. This week I discovered a further 2 payments £69.99 and £84.94 I immediately contacted my bank and within 24 hours the money was refunded. Again, I called the company and got nowhere. Eventually another rude employee told me my contract was cancelled (I never knew I had a contract)!!!! I asked for confirmation and was told I'd receive email confirmation within 24 hours and now 3 days later still no confirmation email. Please beware people the postage costs are how they grab your card number (long number across the middle of the card) I have had my card restricted to just chip and pin until a new card arrives. This company has the rudest employees I have ever encountered and this is a huge scam DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!!

I have been billed £79.99 and £69.99 for berry trim and colon cleanse. Absolutely disgusted as I thought it was a trial. What a way to *** people. It was when I got credit card statement I discovered the amounts. I phoned and was told if I wasn't happy with product I should of cancelled my contract. I didn't know I had a contract. It was screwed I would receive 50% of my money back and would get an email to confirm. I cannot cancel card till the money goes back in. So angry and upset it's money I cannot afford to lose .

Ultraberry slim and vita cleanse scam

I have also been caught by this scam- I absolutely did not see any terms and conditions that I would be signing up to a subscription and have had two lots f £84.99 and £65.95 taken from my bank. My bank cannot help with this and say even if they block payments if I have entered into an agreement they may not be able to stop another set of payments. I understood I was paying for shipping costs- this is disgraceful behaviour and I cannot afford this. I have not even received the next batch of pills! They also seem to do nothing but upset my stomach so I have taken very few. I contacted Trading Standards who have agreed to investigate the company. Can anyone help with how to get money back???

This has just happened to me. I contacted the bank and they knew exactly what was going on but couldn't do anything for me. They gave me a number to phone though 011 846 **** which takes you straight through to them. Typical call centre reading from a script. I managed to get £40 back of the £70 they took from me as long as I verbally confirmed I wouldn't take it further...

Ill be posting all over the internet though. Make sure you cancel your subscription aswell.

Bunch of scammers :(

Signed up for this free trial. Have not received the goods and started looking into this company. Alarmed at all the negative reviews. If you have signed up to this scam you need to contact your Bank as soon as possible and request 'continuous payment authority' cancellation against the company. Have the transaction details available. Bank staff periodically check your account for payments to this scam company and if you have this cancellation in place they will refund any payments they claim. Also report the company to Trading Standards and help to stop this company in its unscrupulous tracks!!!

Hi yes I too have just been scammed to the tune of about £140. The Halifax Building Society have taken the view that they will monitor my account but if the company go to take further monies there is nothing they can do!!!!.

I have actually rang these *** to cancel and they said they would email me confirmation of that but guess what.....nothing. I have no alternative but to now close my account. I am going to contact trading standards and watchdog.

When you start reading up on the internet it obvious this company is trading under many names but if go to contact details other is an email but you have to look for it. I have emailed the ***.

I signed up for the "free trial" then did some digging... got straight onto my bank who issued me a new debit card to stop these crooks being able to steal any money from me.

Health berry slim - colon clense - free trial.

The exact same thing happened to me this week. £145.99 taken in two payments from my bank when I'm a single parent and that was part of my rent. No chance of getting the money refunded but my bank have started an investigation into this. I've Also canceled my debit card because these companies only use the long card number from you're card to take payments. Let's see how they get on next month trying to get another payment lol :grin ....also I've not received the next lot of tablets from which they owe me from taking this payment. Don't be fooled by this 'free trial' people.

UltraBerry Slim - Total Rip Off

After accepting UltraBerry Slim's $3.99 shipping only promotional for a one month supply of their product, I received a credit card charge for $147.16. The company's billing dept. told me this was an enrollment fee. If this was mentioned in their website, it was very well hidden or done in invisible type. I am going to as many website as possible to let others know that these trial offers are not to be jumped at. I know I am not in a position to throw away $147.00. Their product is a total Rip Off!!!!! Steer clear of this company!

I would like to re-state the advice about contacting the bank and ensuring this company doesn't charge you any more.

I ordered the slimming pills 3 weeks ago and still not received them !!! when I called they said they had been delivered on the 5th July which would have been great, the only problem was I didn't order them till 9th July !!!

Called them this morning to cancel and who ever I spoke to was quite rude to me, and wouldn't refund any of the postal charges and CANT guarantee I wont get charged the full amount for the pills!! I wouldn't recommend to anyone DONT ORDER ITS A SCAM !!!

Guest

I have tried contacting company but they don't appear to be answering the phone ! Don't expect I will get money back either , Hope others don't get fooled into the "free trial" because its just a SCAM bet the pills don't work either !!

Im very upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a senior citizen and cc bill.comsyntra ripped me off for 147.00 for 1 bottle of ultra berry slim. don't buy this product it is a scam to get your money. I live on a fixed income and would have never ordered this product knowing it was 147.00 on the website it states it is 3.95 for a whole month it doesn't say anything about joining a contract. however once I gave them my card information they billed me for this amount. I have had to get my cards all changed in fear of them scamming for more money. my daughter called the customer support and was told that it don't matter that i am a senior citizen and that they don't care they were very rude to me. what kind of company takes advantage of the elderly???????? what is this world coming to????? my advice is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING @ cc bill.comsyntra if you do be sure to read all the fine print that i didn't see.

I've also just been 'done' by this company!? ***.. I thought I had more sense than to be taken in by such things! I received my initial trial products but stupidly forgot to call up within the 14 day period to cancel any further shipments.. I called my back and they confirmed that appox £300 had been debited from my account over the last couple of months.. I've had NO further products

I called the company and I told them firmly that I wanted all my money refunded.. I was somewhat lucky in that I DIDN'T have a rude person on the other end of the phone.. He offered a refund of £50 intially. I said that wasn't anywhere NEAR good enough and I DID get it up to £150. He wouldn't go higher than that.. I felt loathe to push it too much further as it WAS my own *** silly fault for being taken in it by it in the first place and forgetting to call and cancel within 14 days.

BUT, rest assuured, if I don't see an amount going back into my account within 4-5 days, I will cause a HUGE STINK !!!!!

Guest

the exact same thing happened to me! The representative told me to bad, they would not refund my money.

When I said I was going to report them, He said go ahead and hung up on me. :(

Guest

I was caught in the same thing. My best advice is not to buy from this company because they just don't care. The customer service is rude and they don't care about anything else but money.
