In first signing up with Ultimate Hair Dynamics Randy was incredibly kind to my needs and towards my concerns. I felt very comfortable moving forward in getting my hair replacement. Vanessa also at the front desk seemed to be the most kind and helpful person. They indicated that this would take several weeks to complete and they would contact me once it was ready. I went back on 9-30-16 to finally have my peace placed on and styled. Before you can go back into the room for the (Cut In) they make you sign and pay the remainder of the balance not realizing they would hold that over you in perpetuity. Once you’re in the back getting everything cut in Randy who I was hoping would be as kind and comforting as the Initial consult on August 5th would be there to help me stay calm and enjoy the process. That could not be farther from the truth he is in there speaking so fast and giving you instructions on how to clean cut and maintain this piece all while you are also trying to look and pay attention to the stylist as she is also giving you tips and tricks on how to style your hair then in a flash Randy is gone for the rest of the time while the process is taking place. At the end of the session I asked for Vanessa to have Randy come in and look at the piece he said oh it looks great. At that moment while looking in the mirror I said Randy you can see the net of where the hair is sitting on my head when in our previous consult he said it is 100% not detectable ( that is completely not true .) You could tell immediately that I was wearing a hair piece. So I went on home and thought okay lets give this a shot. Randy also indicated that this would remain on my head for 2 to 4 weeks with minor touch ups in the front area, again not true whatsoever. I didn’t have it on my head for 4 days and the replacement came off of my head. So I then made another appointment to come in and discuss my concerns and have them reevaluate the unit. I expressed that this hair does not look real at all. I went to a few wig shops in my local city and they did indicate that this is a synthic blend meaning some real and some fake hair, ( Not the look I was going for). He said oh we can run a test a show you that it is not fake hair which Randy lied on my Chargeback dispute and said they did it in front of me that is a flat out lie. There was no test done in front of me at all. Not to mention when I went back on 10-22 not 10-30 that they charged me $136.00 to re- apply the unit and try it again. Also in the response to the charge back he indicated while I was on vacation I went to a few wig shops to verify if this was infact real hair and the companies were just trying to sell me there wig. ( Hmm kind of Ironic ) he told me that exact story about his client who went on a business trip to San Francisco, now you’re using that as a rebuttal for your dispute. Randy people pay attention to what you tell them. You told me it was real hair its not. You told me that it was 100% undectable , its not. You told me it would stay on for 2-4 weeks it didn’t.. I should have asked for more pictures and actual samples of hair that I would be having instead of a color match piece of hair for my color. The only thing positive about this outcome is the color. I really liked it however it is not worth it once it’s on your head and everyone can notice you are wearing a wig. So now that this wig does not look good and cannot stay on my head I am forced to walk around and continue my daily life with a SHAVED head which is what they do before they put the piece on. I am very sad to this has come to this however I work way to hard for my money for them to lie and not give it back. I am happy to mail back the pieces and they can take other people’s money. I will continue to fight this tell the end. I am going to post on every single site that I can and I will also follow this up with a court action suit against them. I have signed documentation from a certified wig shop indicating this is a synthetic blend and no I have not bought a wig from them I am currently letting my hair grow back out. I hope Randy and his staff can see that I am not happy and I will not stop until I am refunded my money or the court grants this in my favor.
