FRAUD!!!
I've fed the information to the Site, your group, Internet Fraud, and the FTC. No action taken.
The payment was to be sent to eyobinest@***.com under the name NESTORMAKONGO, and I was assured that this amount was all-inclusive.
The following day, an "agent" informed me that an additional, refundable $2,400 was required for a special carrier. None of the accepted payment methods offered buyer protection.
I ultimately used a protected PayPal transaction, which has since been refunded. However, no puppy was ever shipped.
Notably, five weeks later, the website still lists Winnie as "10 weeks old." I can provide further details about the "agent" if needed.
