For an entire month since july. i'v had no manufacture service/processing/aid to replace the top lense
- - Adhesive didn't stick after 24h.
- - On July 4th, the top lens rolled off with a tripod.
- - Warranty: 30 days to 1 year; photos sent, no help after a month.
you had almost close to a month after i elaborated that the adhesive didnt stick after 24 hours of placement near a climate control with a/c enviroment to hold on to place. i waited till july 4th to use it & with a tripod with a bookbag beneath to hold it place.
the top lense rolled off & hit the ground.
that shouldnt have happend cause the ring/edge of the lense show the ulanzi in the way of the optical view & it still didnt hold after a fulls day wait.
i sent the manufacture 30 day to year warranty.
i sent the photos to show it and still now help nearing a month.
i showed the ulanzi guarantee card in the photo . the worst customer translation & didn't put effort to read it.

Preferred solution: a properly manufacture replacement not refurbished top lense. the macro is fine the top lense is what didnt stick after a 24 hour wait and the adhesive was not effective
