Resolved: Miss Scarlett Final Episode - No Voices
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Received a reply from the TV company saying the problem would be fixed on the repeat showing. Watched it as a repeat and the dialogue was audible.
UKTV contacted me to say the episode concerned would be re broadcast the following Sunday. This was proved to be correct and we were able to watch the episode complete with dialogue.
