I forgot to cancel my subscription after the free trial period ended and I was charged. Fine until them.

I asked them by email to cancel the subscription as soon as I saw I was charged.

In my emails I said clearly to cancel everything that I have with the company as I was pissed off.

They confirmed the cancellation by email with a delay of a few days (its not possible to cancel on website) See my photos/screenshots of the emails.

Following month, I was charged again then I contacted the company to complain, ask for a refund and for a cancellation. They told me I had 2 accounts previously and only 1 was cancelled when I asked.

So goes the question - why did nobody tell me this when I asked to cancel?

I'm still waiting for cancellation as they did not confirm yet that I successfully cancelled the subscription as well as waiting my refund of the second month.
