I have been trying to reach you concerning the return of shoes. Order number 104935.

I ordered them on 5 January and have been trying to return them since the day after they arrived. I have emailed multiple times with no response.

You have contacted them, and there has been no response. I feel like this company inappropriately handles their customer service.

Received my purchase, the same size 9.5 as my seven other pairs of UIN shoes. However, these flop around on my feet and are at least two sizes bigger.

The sizing is very inconsistent, and to me, that is a quality issue and a reason to return at no charge. They want me to ship them back and pay for shipping. I'm totally upset and will never buy another pair of shoes from this company again.

They'd rather lose a good customer than send a return label. If you can't trust what size to buy and then not be able to return them for free, what's the use?

The system when tracking my order is telling me that there is no trace of this order. I have bought something before I didn't encounter this problem.

I have ordered 6 times for over 3 years. I loved them because its different and I love art.

I get lots of compliments when I wear them. My last order somehow did not fit well. I returned it as instructed.

They acknowledged the return and will be credited in 3 days to 17days. It has been over 60 days and emailed customer service 3 times and still not refunded my return

I have been very pleased with my other five pairs of Uin shoes. However, my recent purchase of the Mucha walking shoes, over $200, was the same size I always get.

But this time, my toes hit the end of the shoe, and they are so tight that I could only tolerate them for 10 minutes before they started making the nerves on the top of my right foot tingle. I am hoping I can return this pair size 8 for a size 9.

They have not answered my inquiry about where two outstanding orders are. I am thinking of reporting them as fraudulent if they don't send me these orders.

I ordered my shoes two weeks ago and according to the post office and tracking number, they are still awaiting the package to be shipped to them. I have emailed UIN twice to try to get help with no response. Where are my shoes?

Im surprised that I cant get an answer from Uin as to where my order is. Ive ordered quite a few shoes for myself and my family and always have had good service.
