Customer Service is Awful
- The UGI bill was unclear and charges weren't explained.
- The rep was short and rude when I asked questions; I'm stuck with UGI.
I called UGI because I was confused about my bill. The woman that answered was short with me because I wasn't understanding what she was saying.
She said I don't understand what you don't get. It got to the point I said to her I will call back and get someone else, you are too nasty. I still did not get clarity on how they are billing me. I hung up.
If I could get another gas company, I would. Unfortunately, we are stuck with them.

Rip off

Unacceptable road crew hired

- Garage flooded; belongings ruined; photos and videos show damage.
I live on green street in Freemansburg and you hired a company to do the road. Well the idiots filled in the freaking gutter and my garage go flooded and everything got freaking ruined.
Who the heck did you hire?? This is unacceptable. I have pictures and video of the river coming in my garage. I have to throw everything away.
Someone is paying for this . It took me 5 hours to clean it out and clean it up yesterday and that was after working all damn day.
Kindly get back to me ASAP. I cant believe they filled in the gutter.

Question about service plans
- I was referred to HomeServe for sewer line service information.
- UGI no longer offers water/sewer service plans; fees were high.
I called for information on a sewer line service plan and was reverted to a company called HomeServe. UGI apparently doesnt offer service plans for water/sewer plans any more (friends had told me you did).
The fees were fairly high compared to general insurance riders.

- An international call to your number failed to locate my account, and I need a solution.
I'm overseas, and when I sign on to pay my bill, I get a "Access Denied" message. I will not be back in USA for over a month, and am anxious to keep up to date, as is my custom.
I wasted a lot of money on an international call to your provided number earlier this week, to be connected to a company with whom you have apparently merged. They couldn't find my account.
