Customer service people are nasty
Never answer inquiries on website. Instead insist customers call them Then they mine for personal financial information Why

Rip off
For some reason I dont know if they are short on money but my bill doubled in a months time for no reason in fact I used less electricity because I wasnt home but for some reason it went from 157 to 293 wow I dont know what happened but they need to get their heads out of their *** and quit ripping people off

Question about service plans
I called for information on a sewer line service plan and was reverted to a company called HomeServe. UGI apparently doesnt offer service plans for water/sewer plans any more (friends had told me you did).
The fees were fairly high compared to general insurance riders.
Unacceptable road crew hired
I live on green street in Freemansburg and you hired a company to do the road. Well the idiots filled in the freaking gutter and my garage go flooded and everything got freaking ruined.
Who the heck did you hire?? This is unacceptable. I have pictures and video of the river coming in my garage. I have to throw everything away.
Someone is paying for this . It took me 5 hours to clean it out and clean it up yesterday and that was after working all damn day.
Kindly get back to me ASAP. I cant believe they filled in the gutter.

Verified Reviewer |Pay my bill
I'm overseas, and when I sign on to pay my bill, I get a "Access Denied" message. I will not be back in USA for over a month, and am anxious to keep up to date, as is my custom.
I wasted a lot of money on an international call to your provided number earlier this week, to be connected to a company with whom you have apparently merged. They couldn't find my account.
