Verified ReviewerI have not bought the sponge as the language is atrocious, I am no prude but I don’t expect to hear a load of swearing while I’m watching an advert , the reviews would put me off buying it.
Language is atrocious. Imagine a young child hearing that and copying the words.
Also, all the reviews are as bad as the language. I was really hoping it was as good as they made it out to be, as I really wanted one, but every review was terrible.

Dear Customer Service,
Ref: Order No. uro-373361
Ordered rust removal product on the 11th April 2025.
Several weeks later 'customer service' replied to my many enquiries about where the order is, apologizing for delay due to Easter.
I was finally sent a number to track delivery on 17Track.
EVENTUALLY, at the end of April 17 Track showed parcel had been delivered. Please note that, despite this apparent confirmation, this order has NOT been received.
I immediately asked if there is photographic evidence of delivery, please provide it, so that we can track the parcel down. Please inform us of the current location of the parcel, together with live, contact information and location of the service that was charged with delivery.
The reply was to send me a copy and paste of the 17track log.
Subsequent mails to customer service were returned undelivered.
It appears the courier used was Techlink. However, Techlink is impossible to contact.
Uergo looks to have an email and address in the UK but I have not been able to contact them.

I ordered a Multyfunctional cleaning shovel. It arrived on the 4th April with no handle attached.
I contacted them asking if they would send me out the item with the handle attached as per their advert. They said no.
So I am left with this shovel without a handle. Your advert is misleading.

I order the shaver round 11 February I haven’t heard anything yet
Its blue 24.98 was taken from my account on the 11 February there are 4 different colours to choose from from

No response at all from them. I’ve sent 8 emails over the last week to the customer service email address.
No acknowledgment. No reply.Also the item that arrived was ordered as XL.
I’m a 68 year old man. The XL they sent would not even fit a toddler.
I ordered a product. They took my money and never even confirmed the order.
It hasnt arrived weeks later. Cant reach them.
Cant call them. DO NOY BUY FROM THESE CHEATS

Good Afternoon my name is Nigel Griffiths and I am absolutely upset with Uergo, I purchased a earpiece set Bluetooth from 20/04/2024 from Uergo and I have not received it I contacted Uergo they replied three days later reassuring me the item was coming from overseas and has entered the UK that was from 15/05/2024 and I have the tracking number and also the order number and I cannot track it no more, the App would not allow me. I want my money back or the item I ordered and paid for its been far too long now, way over four weeks now that's the truth please can you find out what's going on.i would be grateful if you do so. Totally disgusted with this company,I bought a back support approximately one month ago realised it was too small and immediately try to contact them using the reply at the bottom of the page had no joy,so sent their customer services THREE. Emails saying where do I return the item to, they have said each time we will be in touch with you.the last time was on the14th of May I have heard nothing since.would appreciate if you could help me with this matter thank you m edwards
