I've been with this company for 2 years now. They claim to build me a website and guaranteed that I would be flooded with customers.

My phones would be ringing, emails, text messaging, etc., within 5 to 7 days. It's been over a year, and I have not received one phone call, not one text message, not one email from any potential customer, not one lead. They promised a big game and do not deliver. They had the name of my company wrong for a majority of the year.

I cannot ever reach anybody. It's only via email they schedule and miss scheduled phone call appointments, and for the phone call appointments, you're always speaking with someone else who you cannot understand. No problems get resolved. No one seems to want to listen.

They just want more, more money. I want my money back and don't recommend this company to anyone. I've sent them pictures of my company, pictures of my logos, and stuff that needed to go on my website, and they put some random people on my website.

Random photos never had my logo on my website. Horrible, horrible, horrible company.

All they do is take my money every month and then close my site down when I complained. You could never get a hold of anybody in a timely manner they schedule you without letting you know and then they cancel you because you missed a scheduled phone call with some random person.

Youve never heard of. Youre always with someone difference you cant understand half of them and they had the name of my company wrong for 10 out of the 12 months. What a joke I want my money back but they just laugh and ask for more promising. Well fix it this time.
