I ordered a product and never received it from Uddercovers
I placed an oder from Uddercovers, never received called in and was told it was returned to them, they said we sent an email. I never received the email either, so I asked was it going to be sent out again and was told, if I pay for the shipping, I said I did already and was told, that was absorbed and I could get a refund minus the shipping.
What kind of foolishness is that, I asked for a manager, she said I am the manager.
I called my bank and filed a complaint, I received all of my money back. Do not buy from them they are owned by Mother's Lounge

I work for a company that does this. When your address is incorrect the package won't get delivered, usually companies will charge a small re-ship fee because they have to get a new package shipped out.
