Ucsf Customer Care Review from San Francisco, California

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

After 10 or more years I have recieved care from ,Ucsf for pain meds. I was on 120 narcos pr month, and 60 methadone.

Dr swalpa udit said there was percacet in my ua the month before. Therefor she refused to issue any pain meds to me. This happened on 04/05/2016. I also suffer bi polar disorder.

The pain I have suffered and mental emotions have me very close to suiside. This person should not have a med license. Also I have never in the past 35 years taken it. I beleive she changed my ua or even put the percacet in it.I wish she gets fired, and belive she should never practice med.

again.

Transfer request refusal

I have hit the tipping point. After multiple attempt to refer patients to UCSF for Tertiary Care, I will no longer waste my time - or my patients.

Last week, I tried to refer two patients to UCSF for Surgery and GI related problems. In each case, the referral was denied for non medical reasons. My greatest frustration was not being able to talk to a physician. All I get is secretary.

This is not what a tertiary service or referral center should be. I should be able to speak to a physician of my quality and experience. That is a minimum.

Good bye

Rudest Operator ever.

I called the medical center in SF to get some information about a heart transplant-

This is our conversation.

Me: Hi, I need to talk to somebody about information on heart transplants

Operator: Ma'am, you will need to call back Monday

Me: Can I ask why?

Operator: BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS CLOSED! (literally screaming)

Me: Well, can you give me some information? It's a real easy question.

Operator: NO! I'M AN OPERATOR! NOT A PHYSICIAN!

Me: It's just about paperwork, please, I'm in a real bad situation!

Operator: I DON'T CARE! I'M NOT A DOCTOR! *click*

How rude...
