Terrible customer repair service and warranty

AI Highlights
  • - Arrived with a faulty volume button; volume up didn’t work.
  • - They refused repair, cited water damage, asked $130; Sanie offers features at $160.

I purchased a EEE pad in July. The unit arrived with a faulty volume control button that did not allow the volume up button to work.

Instead of returning the unit I thought that they would stand behind the product and fix it under warranty. Instead, they tried to spin it and say that there is water damage in the unit and they took pictures and sent it to me. Even if there is "liquid damage" the unit was working fine except for the volume button which was already damaged on arrival. They refused to fix the unit and wanted $ 130 for repair of a unit that only cost me $ 310.

You can purchase a Sanie chinese product with all of the features of the ASUS for $ 160. Too bad they are not informed about their competition.

EEE of Springfield

AI Highlights
  • - Purchased a 2007 BMW 335i; price and trade-in met; detailing was good; front tires not new and rims scratched but repaired; lug torque issue.

Puchased my 2007 BMW 335i from EEE of Tysons Auto Sales and was very happy with my purchase. The price and trade-in were exactly what I wanted for both.

However, the car detailing was yet done, and both front tires failed inspection (front wheel bearings had to be replaced by dealer); I was told that EEE of Springfield would take car of it for me.

They installed a different set of tires on the front (not new) and performed both the interior and exterior detail. When having the tires installed they scratched both rims which they repaired during the detailing. Very happy with the detailing overall, but have one complaint. The tire installer must be untrained as they installed the wheel lugs with an air gun instead of a torque wrench.

I went to remove the lugs to install wheel locks and could not!

My torque wrench can measure up to 150 lbs and they are past that!! Would not recommend any mechanical work by EEE of Springfield, but detailing is work is fine
