Customer service is non existent. I need to return a dress that I bought, which is very well made and very pretty, it just doesn't fit.
They will not except returns until they've approved it, so I can't just sent it back and you've only got 14 days from the time you receive the item to initiate a return. Plus you only get 80% back the rest goes to the restocking fee, which is extremely high.
I've sent them over 20 emails, with no response, it's been almost 14 days. I'm very pissed off.

I ordered my elopement dress here thinking it would be cheaper and i would get what they sell, well this is another chinese scam. They steal pictures from foreign websites and post them on theirs as if they were selling them.
Their products are knock off scams. My dress looked nothing like the design i wanted. i ordered it CUSTOM, and it was NOT CUSTOM to my measurements, since the slip was way too tight on the chest couldnt even zip it and the top part ( it wasnt supposed to come in a 2 piece dress) was big , loose and shapeless. fabric was cheap and looked like a cheaply made polyester MESS, not even a disney character would wear!
very upset especially with the lack of customer service. i messaged their ' support agent' 3 times or more with ZERO replies and their live chat is a BOT. Now we are out on 160+ usd AND THEY WONT REFUND !! mind you the dress was custom and on their website it says no returns for custom items, yeah right !!
its a JOKE. will do a chargeback on husbands card !!!
