Resolved: Checking on status of order
The problem is - 1. I have not received an order which was supposed to have been sent in June.
2. When I tried to enter my credit card information, I was unable to select the proper expiration month; every time I scrolled down, the correct month would not appear. 3. I'm really upset that I have to pay you to do your job as customer service representatives - that's not customer service, that's just greed.

How about actually providing a telephone number for customer service? Not everyone is computer literate or wants to spend hours and spend money to get simple answers.
