I can’t get the product I paid for, simply a stack of cardboard for $40, $10 shipping I paid. Can’t get a hold of a person get email only package is stuck in Georgia never again
I cant get the product I paid for, simply a stack of cardboard for $40, $10 shipping I paid. Cant get a hold of a person, get only unhelpful email,package is stuck in Georgia for almost 12 days, waiting had literally cost me money! never again

We received the order for cardboard sheets (order value $ $39.58) on Jan 21 10:40 PM. It was shipped out the next working day on Monday Jan 24th via USPS tracking # 946121****400815****99.
There was a delay by USPS and the items were delivered on Feb 9. Because of the delay from USPS, we sent out a free replacement via UPS tracking # 1Z208AW403******** and that too got delivered on Feb 9.
Also on Feb 4, we refunded the full $ 39.58 back to customers credit card and informed the customer. In summary, the product was delivered twice and 100 % of money refunded.
