Deceptive trade Be very guarded in dealing with these people. I had a personal experience in building in Comal County. They have an excellent concept however it is entirely deceptive. Any of their honest reliable employees have quit. Lee Randolph has no ability in the area of management. His office help is excellent. His site managers are a total waste of money. I signed on for Plus, do not do this, pure scam. They only do business with subs who they collect "kick backs" to. You will experience this in the bids. One sub told me that with Ubuildit you have to pay to play. Linda Robare has assumed ownership and has good intentions but is totally over her head. I suspect that in the near future they will bankrupt. I am in the process of filing a civil action as they refuse to communicate of settle. My claim is for app. 20,000.00 dollars.
