I installed the eSIM as directed. I am now in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], and it doesn't work.
Further, there is no way to contact a live human to correct this problem. Don't buy this product.

Ubigi and BMW
- - BMW advised disconnect Ubigi eSIM; Ubigi closed my account.
- - Use another provider for BMW due to Ubigi's unreliable service.
Do not take a Esim from Ubigi they are a Fraud company.
After a repair on my Wifi module I was recommend by BMW to disconnect my Ibugi Esim.
After disconnecting Ubigi closed my account and stole the remaining 24 months on my plan.
There comment was buy a new plan on a new account .
When you have a BMW use a other provider Ubigi is nor reliable and have pore service and connection.

Help! I installed a Ubigi esim card into my phone and the app deleted all of my plan and cc info.
There is no way for me to get it back. The esim works but I cannot access the plan's info on the app.
