Marked delivered but never arrived.

Emailed them multiple times and they kept on denying any culpability. Finally after submitting a pissedconsumer report, they started conducting an investigation. 1 month later and I have heard nothing more from them.

2 months after the shipping date, Package was marked as delivered. I was home all day, no one knocked on my door, no one put anything in my letterbox (I can see it through my office window) nothing was left at my doorstep. When I asked the shipping company for proof of delivery, all they said was "sorry, it's been delivered". No customer service. No help. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Tracking Status

Completely dissatisfied with tracking system, it is showing up that products are shipped but no where to get information.

Appalling service

Ubi Smart Parcel - Appalling service
Rather than trust UBI, I. would consider putting your package on driftwood and pushing it into the sea. Equal chance of arrival, however it will probably arrive sooner.

User's recommendation: Do NOT use UBI.

Not a trustworthy shipping forwarder

I bought something from China and UBI Group was used as the ship forwarders. I've purchased a lot of things from China over the years but this is the first time I've had an issue. Canada Post would not deliver my package due to an incomplete address. Luckily for me, I actually had a picture of my package prior to it being mailed and everything was 100% correct. I contacted Canada Post who said the label most likely got damaged on the way. Anyways, after talking to the sender it seems like UBI Group asked for $10 USD to reship the package OR have the product destroyed at their warehouse (Not returned to sender but destroyed). I've never had a problem with shipping in my life until I used these guys. Their rule obviously incentivizes theft and quite frankly I do not trust them at all and would suggest others to avoid doing so.
