Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Original review posted by user Jan 30, 2023I checked my bank account yesterday and I noticed a few transactions that I did not make. I could not see where the transactions were from because it was new. When I called the bank they said it was uber transactions. And they were transactions that I did not authorize. It was happening over 2 months. Totaling around 450$.I was a good customer of uber. Now I will not use uber again. The bank is currently investigating this.To see if there is fraud from uber. If proven I will get reimbursed by the bank.
