Verified Reviewer |Uber keeps stealing from drivers and customers
Uber is an excellent company that is corrupted by corrupted policies Uber states and stays that their policy entitled them to not pay drivers for their time driving to stores if the stores closed they won't pay you if the order was already picked up they won't pay you if for whatever reason you cannot pick up the order Uber will not pay you no matter how far you drive they will not pay you. They say the payment is a miscellaneous payment and it refused the conversate drivers for their time and efforts.
Uber expects drivers to drive for free. They said their policy and titles them not to have to conversate drivers if stores are closed order cannot be prepared by the store for whatever reason no matter how far the store is there will not pay you. They are robbing and stealing from drivers as well as customers. I just went to a store and as I'm standing in line Uber cancels the order on me saying that I took too long to get to the store as I'm standing in line waiting for the customers order.
I'll call them and they said they can't conversate me for driving to the store or from our time and for whatever reason the order was canceled and it never should have been canceled when I'm standing in the store waiting to pick up the order.
Not because the customer canceled it but they said I took too long to get to the store that I'm standing in currently waiting for the order. I'm tired of uber taking advantage of the drivers I'm sick and tired of it all they do is Rob and steal from drivers

This delivery guy was greasy and rude. But worse, I came to find he held my card an hour after delivery to tip himself $7, authorized by no one.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I checked my bank account yesterday and I noticed a few transactions that I did not make. I could not see where the transactions were from because it was new.
When I called the bank they said it was uber transactions. And they were transactions that I did not authorize. It was happening over 2 months. Totaling around 450$.I was a good customer of uber.
Now I will not use uber again.
The bank is currently investigating this.To see if there is fraud from uber. If proven I will get reimbursed by the bank.
