I am writing to sincerely request that you reconsider my selling permission.
When I first started selling on U7BUY, I was a new seller and did not fully understand every process on the platform.
My first order was completed successfully, and the customer received the account without any problems.
Later, the same customer placed another order. I worked hard on that account for two days, but before I could finish it, the customer's account was banned. The customer requested a refund. While processing the refund, I accidentally refunded the payment from the first completed order instead of only refunding the banned order. Because I was new to the platform, I did not realize this mistake. After that, I also refunded the payment for the banned order.
Later, when the customer wanted another account, I explained that I had to recover the money I had mistakenly refunded for the first completed order before I could continue. Unfortunately, the customer misunderstood my explanation and believed I was trying to scam them, so they reported me to U7BUY.
I want to make it clear that I never intended to cheat or scam any customer. It was an honest mistake caused by my lack of experience with the platform. I have always tried to treat customers fairly and provide good service.
All of my accounts are handmade, and I spend a lot of time preparing them carefully. I value my store and my reputation very much.
I sincerely apologize for my mistake and respectfully ask you to give me one more chance by restoring my selling permission. I promise that I have learned from this experience, and I will be much more careful in the future. I will strictly follow all U7BUY rules and provide the best possible service to every customer.
