I bought an account from you guys on Black Friday. Ever since I got the account from you guys, I've been having issues getting in.
When one of your co-workers helped me log in to this account with no issues, then when I did get in, I found out that my account wasn't fully completed. So now your supplier had to take the account, redo the account, and fix it. So now I got my account back but can't get access to it because I do not understand the format and the layout of this game. I do not understand why every time when I go to do a password recovery through this PlayStation app or even on my console, PlayStation does not want to send a link to my email that is linked to this account in order to retrieve the recovery, the dude a new password.
It always shows Microsoft software information in this browser that takes me to this other webpage that you guys use as a portal to retrieve the information that I need to get into in order to log in to my account. I have all the information that you guys sent me, but none of it is working for me, not like my other account that I bought from you guys years ago. Totally different setup, totally different browser that you guys are using for me. They'll go in and retrieve my emails when I need to change a password or whatever, but this one is totally different.
This one keeps on saying Microsoft, and you can see it all day long in the pictures that I've been sending you guys numerous times. I'm getting tired of your co-workers and your employees not responding to me, not wanting to help me resolve this issue. They always keep on saying, 'Oh, we're waiting on the supplier, waiting on the supplier,' when the supplier does not have anything to do with this matter anymore. The game is in my possession; it's just that I can't log in because the supplier wants to change my password.
That's the issue. You guys helped me create a password to where I can log in, and then now when the supplier took my game to fix it, they changed all the information that doesn't make sense. That's why I'm mad and why I'm getting pissed off and frustrated with you guys, 'cause you don't know how to respond. So right here on the bottom, there's my number.
Give me a call, 'cause this *** doesn't work out, and there is a refund policy on this account. So you guys sit there and tell me that I can't get a refund on my account when it says it right there on your *** damn webpage that you guys do refunds.
So who's lying now? And I asked for a refund on this game.
