Questions regarding internet
I never contacted them for service and dont understand why I received a small tablet which broke a week after I recieved it! I thought it was a free gift from someone lol!
as there was no information or phone number, I found out after putting my regular internet provider on pause I got bumped from xfinity and didnt realize I had a different internet provider.
I tried reaching out to this company to find out how this happened? As I was on the connectivity program and got charged 300 dollars from xfinity which I am very upset and trying to resolve this problem.
