I ordered a customized book from U Star Novels and the money was removed from my account the day after. I expected delivery within 7-10 business days but gave them time since we're in the middle of a pandemic and things take time.
It's been a month since I submitted my order and there is no updated tracking details on the website (doesn't even list that it's in production). I'm unable to get a response by email or telephone.
I want the book or my money refunded. Poor customer service but obviously a lucrative way to scam people out of their money at $50 a pop!
