Bad, very bad

Stay away. Horrible service. I had hundreds of packages insured by this company and as as soon as I filed one claim it was denied on some stupid grounds. Basically your chances to get paid are close to zero.

User's recommendation: Don't use.

Worst Customer Service

They have overcharged me. I called twice in 3 weeks. Both times 'They were in a meeting." I got promises both times someone would call me back. When I called the 2nd time, the receptionist remembered me and said she emailed 5 people the 1st time. It's been a week after the 2nd phone call and I'm still waiting for someone, anyone to get back to me. HORRIBLE. HOR
