I live in a predominantly Chinese neighborhood where they have a lot of these small shops that sell you rechargeable SIM cards. I was trying to get a good deal for a mobile service plan because big companies (T-Mobile, Verizon, etc) have pretty expensive plans and these smaller ones have much more affordable plans.
Well, this is where I regret not going for these bigger companies. So I got the contact info of this store from one of my coworkers and I contacted them through an app (WeChat) since all stores were closed due to the ongoing virus. At first, everything seemed fine and the lady asked me to provide her with my phone numbers so she could check when my current plan would expire. When she asked if I was going to buy her mobile plans, I held off because the price she gave was a little more on the expensive side.
I looked around for other stores and found one that sold the exact same mobile plan as the lady from the first store but for a lot cheaper. I decided to buy the plan from the second store instead of the first one. The day after, the lady from the first store messaged me and asked me how I was going to pay for the mobile plans. I told her Sorry, I already bought it from another store, so I don't think I would need your services anymore.
All of a sudden this lady wasn't having it and went off on me telling me how she wasted her stamps on me and asked me Do you think this is a joke? Do you find this very funny? I didn't want to fight with this person so I thought I'll just block them and that'll be the end of the story. However, not even 30 minutes after this exchange, all the phone numbers that I gave this lady to check became disconnected.
Every single one of them shows up as No Service. I didn't understand what happened and I messaged the store where I bought my current service plan from, through the app, and explained the situation to them. They told me somebody canceled all the phone numbers and that's why my service got disconnected. They said they'll try to recover my numbers but they don't know when that will happen.
Now I have no service on my phone and I'm not even sure if I could use the new recharged SIM card I recently bought.
I don't understand how this random person managed to cut off my service with only my phone number. I just want to recover my numbers and any advice would be appreciated.

Preferred solution: Recover ALL the numbers you canceled without consent or prior notice. I'm not even a customer of yours, what rights do you have to do this.
