Dear Tyrrells Customer Service Team,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding a I encountered with your product.
On Tuesday evening, I bit into a hard foreign object that appears to be a piece of wood or stick in the crisps. This sharp fragment punctured my gum, causing immediate pain and little wbleeding.
The object was clearly distinguishable from the potato crisps and posed a genuine physical hazard.
This experience has caused me physical injury and disappointment in a brand I previously trusted. I am dissatisfied with the quality control that allowed such a dangerous contaminant through.
