Failed 15w fastest charger

The product no longer charges at an uptilt, only flat for my Samsung s20. Bought it at AT and T who charged $50 plus tax.

Wouldn t replace...directed me to manufacturer whom I cannot reach after four or five attempts. By phone and email.

DO NOT TRUST. The phone takes almost 4 hrs to charge, and my normal charging portal is broken so I have to rely on Tylt's charging mechanism.

Tylt - I need to return a power mug, replacement for another.

I have been unable to receive a reply or response from Tylt regarding my power mug, since late Oct. I purchased my mug Oct.

20. 2023. AT&T in Frisco, Texas where I purchased the power mug directed me to reach out to the website. I followed instructions uploaded my receipt and submitted the required information.

I received a confirmation of receipt (3) times, No response. I phoned Tylt after locating a website number for customer service, No response. Where do I go from here? Customers and future customers.

Do not purchase a Tylt Power Mug from AT&T. Do not purchase from Tylt.

There is a 2 year warranty listed on the mug. I am simply requesting an exchange.

I have already sent four more emails and tailed said that they were going to send the charger that has been broken and that one piece is missing from the charger and I wanted to know when is it going to be delivered? Tyler said that they were going to send it to me last week, so where is it?

I have not received my replacement for my charger. I received the email representative, asking me for my name, the address and phone number and a picture of the charger that is broken and I have not received a replacement for my warranty.

I dont have the receipt, but the phone was bought in December. It was a gift.

Broken item, you don't reply back to my emails

i already registered the items since 1/11/23, i have sent 2 emails to customer service and no one gets back to me with a label nor sends me the label to my home. i keep getting an email to register and send you my address, i did twice and still nada. i need this resolved soon because I have warranty and your customer service really sucks, and no one answers the phone, no one gets back with an answer.

Absolute rubbish product

I bought a portable charger whilst passing through an airport.

It hardly held a charge. In fact my phone charged it rather than the other way round.

Now it won't accept a charge let alone hold one.

TYLT portable charger

I had an issue with a TYLT product and after several attempts to resolve my issue still no results. I have made several calls and emails in an attempt to resolve and even reached out on social media.

TYLT has banned me form posting on most of their social media outlets. I also submitted a report to the CPSC that resulted in a final report of the incident being posted on Saferproducts.gov under the search TYLT.

My several attempts resulted in a cease and desist order issued to me by TYLT. It is my opinion that this company does not care about its customers.
