TYLER ICE FIRED ME FOR NOT BEING A REDNECK
My son worked for tyler ice. Busting his *** for barely over minimum wage.
My son is a young single father trying to get by and provide for his kid. Everyone he worked with and for liked him and said he was a hard worker. They put him on the delivery truck with a guy that was new and had worked for the company less time. He judged my son by his outward appearance and was very rudeand degrading to my son.
My son worked circles around this guy. And he called this guy out about calling black people the N word and because he was lazy and made my son do all the hard work and then bark orders at him to run and hurry up. So this guy complained and tyler ice fired him. I think it is wrong and shows how narrow minded and shalliw this company is.
They had ni idea who my son really is. They just took the word of a white supremacist redneck white man over my sons. I know this has nothing to do with consumer problems. But i just wanted people to know what kind of people run and manage this business.
Its hard enough for single parents these days. But for a young man to be 20 yrs old and have custody of his son, getting no help from the mom and working his *** off for pennies and get canned for really a *** reason is too much.
