Constant false fire alarms at all hours

As a hotel, the ability for our guests to find comfort and quiet at our property is extremely important. However, when you have a negligent security company that does not do their job, bringing about this comfort and quiet atmosphere can be quite difficult. Within the past two weeks, the fire alarm has gone off countless times, the fire department has responded to at least 7 false alarms (which we are now being charged for because of the many responses), and guests who are staying on an extended basis are beginning to complain. The way the company has responded: quoting us an outrageous rate for a tech to come out and fix the issue, charging us for every 15 minutes of labor. The tech has come out three times, and the issue is still not fixed. Their service is so horrible that they won't even bring a tech out on the same day of the problem. You would think that a false alarm constantly going off at a business that provides 24/7 service would become a priority for such a company, but not for Tyco securities. This is the first place of business that I have worked at where such disregard has been tolerated by what is supposed to be a credible company.

TYCO IS is Breaking up

Government Agencies have been ripped off for years. Including contract fixing, not allowing other companies to bid on projects and just handing over to TYCO (Formally ADT Security) on all card access, CCTV, BA systems for years. The company is now breaking into parts to save itself or be sold. This practice has gone on for years, TYCO is making money and the government has no choice but to stay with former ADT because of either priority equipment that would cost more to replace and any new companies would have to trace the mess of wiring the the techs install and get away with no one to check. Terrible security for our government buildings. They should stay away at all cost.
