- - Parts advertised as new were not.
- - The UTV was not new and the headlight rusted and did not work.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
Buyer Beware! Do not buy from this company!!
Their parts are not new. This company sold me a utv that was supposed to be new but was not. The headlight was completely rusted out and did not work. I contacted the company, sent picts, as requested, and they said they would get back to me but they didn't, instead, they stop responding.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible business practices!
- Damaged parts
- Sells used
Preferred solution: A new headlight
User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company!
You sent it to me
- - Promised a non-defective upgraded carburetor but it hasn't arrived.
- - Support is slow to respond to assembly problems and no one answers.
They said they would send me a non defective upgraded carburetor and I haven't received it in over a week. So slow to answer my problems with assembly.
I called again today they didn't know anything of previous offer. No one picks up when you call back.
User's recommendation: Prepare to assemble with no help. They will never help you.
THEY STINK
- - Shipped wrong ATV: RPS Raider 7 Kids, not Vitacci Rider-7.
- - No return call; payment blocked to get a response.
- - Starts hard; stalls; tire leaks.
First, Id like to be clear. Anyone who buys from TXPowersports in Texas must be out of their minds.
Im
65 and retired military, 32 years. This is one of the worst buying experiences Ive ever had. It must be in
the top 3, including bartering with bazaar merchants in the Middle East. My grandsons birthday was
coming up, so I wanted to buy him an ATV.
TX had the one he wanted. The Vitacci RIDER-7
125cc ATV. He likes John Deer stuff and this one is green with yellow wheels and trim. Looks like a
John Deer Tractor.
When I ordered the ATV I specified in the comments, If you dont have the one with
the yellow wheels, cancel the order. WELL, it took a while to get the ATV, but it got here the day before
his birthday. I opened the carton I got a totally different ATV. I received a RPS 125CC RAIDER 7
KIDS ATV.
A completely different ATV. According to the specs listed on the TX site, its half the ATV.
Max load is 65 pounds less, seat height is shorter, and it cost less. I called to have it returned and did not
receive a call back. I had to block payment to get their attention.
I got a call from a guy named Manny
who gave a line about how this is a better ATV and how the Chinese screwed up the spec sheet. My
grandson didnt want to wait so we kept the ATV for a 75$ discount and a helmet. I received the 75$ the
next day, but never received the helmet. After I put the ATV together, one of the tires doesnt hold air.
I
must inflate the tire every morning. I left an E-Mail for Manny and a guy named Gerry answered. He said
he did not believe me, and I need to take a video of the tire leaking down to prove it. REALLY?
Ill also
mention that this ATV is hard to start, doesnt stay idling it keeps cutting off, and theres no way to
adjust the idle so it will idle high enough to keep it running. Here are 2 pics The one with the yellow
wheels is the one I ordered, the other one is the one I got.
In conclusion, TXPowersports is not a
company that I would ever do business again or would have done business with if I had a warning like
this beforehand. If you do order from TX all I can say is, GOOD LUCK!!!!N'T BUYDO
User's recommendation: DONT BUY
Thieves, Liars, Con Artist
- - Guarav Sharma aka Manny accused of fraud; bought Hawk 250 in May 2019; bike leaked oil and stopped by July 4, 2019; requests to fix ignored.
Don't just take my word for it. Read the Better Business Bureau, and Facebook reviews.
This man Guarav Sharma aka Manny should be charged with criminal consumer fraud. I bought a Hawk 250 from them in May 2019.
It started spitting oil and stopped running on July 4th 2019. They have ignored all request to solve the problem.
