This Chinese company that pretends to be a US owned company. They have been giving away free product to influences to promote their low quality product to unassuming customers.
No warranties and no real service. Please do your research before buying. Their location given by service is fake. 100 N Howard ST STE R Spokane, WA, 99201 (It's a virtual office).
Their address on the contact us page is 1111 W 35th St, Chicago, IL 60609, USA (Which is a generic distribution center) No where do they show their real address or manufacturing location. Their agents will keep lying and tell you they are a US company.
If you buy it you are stuck with it. If you have a problem you have to ship it back to China at your own expense.
User's recommendation: Stay away. Buy US made product. At least you can get your money back.

The only address on the site is 1111 W 35th St, Chicago, IL 60609, USA. I also searched for China on the search on their website. Didn't find it. You won't know the product is from China until you receive it.

Their site is deceptive. It only says “we will email you the address for returns”.
Yes. Not saying where your product is made is not the way to earn trust.
They don't even have a real office in the US. It's all virtual.
