Beware Of Two River's Ford Incompetence
If you are going to threaten them with a BBB complaint I suggest you do it. Two River's is listed as "satisfactory" with the BBB, so the only way to let them know your dis-satisfaction is to file the complaint. I took my wife's auto into their service department and was told the car was not worth fixing and if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay $3000-$7500 to replace the engine. He wouldn't even recommend driving it home. Though he COULD turn me over to their used car manager for a trade-in value on the purchace of a new car. I found a trusted mechanic in town for a second opinion, who looked it over and fixed the problems. He told of the many mechanics in the Donleson, TN area who make a living off of repairing Two River Ford's mistakes. Within the past few days, I have also met a salesperson that works at Two River's who told me he wouldn't even trust them to fix his car. I pity the populace of Mt. Juliet, TN, where Two River's Ford has just moved, who have not experienced the incompetence of their service department.

:( They are a dealer development store that means the Ford company has the money behind them and until he pays them back he will be stealing as much as possible from the customer to supplement there company loans !!
