Tenant does not pay bills. attention all landlords be careful when renting to this guy he will sound nice in the beginning but you will never get paid.
owes me 52,000.00. Tenant does not pay the water bill even though he is the one using it. I have been paying the taxes,insurance,mortgage,water for the last 4 months while he stays in my building making money but not having to pay me. Please boycott this business and do not support him.
I have never had a tenant like this who comes to the land of freedom takes full advantage of it and still thinks he is owed something. Please spread the word !!!!!!!!!!!!

Kick him out. It's not rocket science! Evict him and then take him to court for money owed.
