Resolved: Leasing agent and Property Manager especially the leasing agent CeCe aka Cecelia Young.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My issue was not solved by just giving my $300.00 security deposit.
They did refund me my application fee of $32.00.
I was not treated fairly from the Leasing Consultant all she was worried about looking good and eating. She has no customer service experience or she doesn’t know how to deal with people with disabilities either.

Resolved: Not moving forward with application/Refund my $300.00 deposit
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Thanks to you and emailing corporate with the issues with their Leasing Consultant and Property Manager!
As of today 10/30/2023 no one has contacted me. On Friday of last week Miss Cecelia Young Leasing Consultant contacted me on my personal phone "I stated to her the only thing you can do for me is get my security deposit of $ 300.00 refunded back to me". She stated to call her she'll be up until 11pm.
